EcoGarden Update May

Hi EcoGardeners,

NEW TOOLSHED LOCK

A new lock will be installed on the toolshed later Saturday (May 23) afternoon. The combo is 4-2-3-1 (please keep this to yourself). Also ensure you leave the toolshed the way you found it (or better), and be sure to lock the door when you leave

WATERING

Our watering system (hoses/taps) will be set up for June 1st. Till then you'll need to haul the hoses or use a watering can to ensure your early planted seedlings can get the water they need.

WORK PARTY WEDNESDAYS

Work Party Wednesdays are the time and place to care for the rest of the EcoGarden. Each member is asked to give 2 hours/month. This is also a great way to get to know your gardening neighbors. Mark the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays from 4-8pm on your calendars, so you are sure you won't miss out on the fun

ORGANIC GARDENING WORKSHOP

Our Organic Gardening II workshop through the College of the Rockies is next weekend and there's still space available. If you want to learn more about organic gardening this is THE place to do it.

May 26th 7-9pm we'll be at the College
May 27th 10-4 we're going up to White Spruce Farms

Cost is 45$ and you need to register with the College of the Rockies.
