Get ready for an action-packed, outdoor, fun-filled lineup program this summer with weaving together days filled with gardening, learning, art, music, games and a whole lot of fun. Each day we'll have special guests join us for special arts/music/drama projects. Join us for a week long day camp for 5 to 10 year-olds in July and August. Register now to reserve your spot, as space is limited.

Registration

The EcoGarden Kids Camp will be offered in two sessions this summer - July 23rd thru 27th, and August 6th thru 10th. Space is limited, register immediately to secure your spot. A week at the EcoGarden Kids Camp costs $250 (incl. tax),. After this date camp costs will be $220.00 (incl. tax) per week - if space is still available. Fees must be paid at the time of registration to secure your spot.

Register for the EcoGarden Kids Camp program at the Wildsight Elk Valley Branch Office at 891 2nd Ave, between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday or at the City of Fernie's Spring Registration fair on April 4th&5th. When you register you will need to:
- have a parent or legal gardian sign a waiver
- complete the camp registration form
- pay camp fees (by cheque or cash)

Refunds can be made up to seven (7) business days before program commencement. No refunds are available after this time. A 10% administration fee will apply to all refunds.

Parents Information
With over 8 years experience in kids programming, EcoGarden Kids Camps are committed to providing top-quality, innovative, educational and engaging programs for children and youth ages 5-10. At EcoGarden Kids Camps your child will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a safe yet fun environment, guided by qualified, motivated and safety-conscious councillors who love working with children and youth.

Camp starts at 9am and ends at 4pm daily. Kids can be dropped off or picked up to 15 minutes before/after camp starts each day. These 15 minutes on either side of camp start will be unstructured playtime. Anytime after these 15 minutes, you will be charged $5 for every 5 minutes.

We focus providing a top-quality children camp experience where kids can play outdoors, have fun and get dirty. Our “fun-focused” practical approach provides an atmosphere where children can explore their environment in a safe, creative and supported space.

Our EcoGarden Kids Camp Councilors are dynamic, skilled leaders who are highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals. Guest instructors are either specialists in their discipline of instruction and bring exciting art and music projects and experiences into the camp atmosphere. All instructors and group leaders are first aid certified and have experience working with children.

Lesley Graham - Garden Artist, with over 15 years of creating art with kids and large scale community art projects
Sonja Roy - Music enthusiast, shares her incredible love for singing and has an ability to bring children and music together in a magical way
Dawn Deydey - Camp Director and gardener extraordinaire, over 8 years of creating kids education and garden programs

Don't Forget ...
- Please send lunch, snacks and a water bottle with your child daily - no peanuts please.
- Send hats, sunscreen, swim suit, towel, bug-spray and water bottles daily.
- Camp operates rain or shine. Please pack rain gear and warm clothes for cooler weather.
